Customs duties/VAT & Shipping Details

Our product will be shipped from Japan. Please note, depending on the import laws of your country, you might incur additional charges such as customs duties and local taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax).

Declaring a lower amount than the actual sales price to customs would violate Japanese export laws, and our company could face penalties. Therefore, we cannot accommodate such a request. Thank you for your understanding.

As far as customs duties are concerned, this is a tax on imported goods which is defined by your country of residence. This tax is applied when the goods cross the border and is different depending on the country of the recipient.

It can be either a flat rate or a percentage of the price of your goods.The exact amount of customs duty is difficult for the importer and exporter to anticipate as it depends on many factors.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

All products ordered from FUJI CARD SHOP are packaged carefully. Single cards are shipped within a bubble envelop, the cards are at least sleeved and packed with a piece of paper so the cards don’t bend.

Sealed products are shipped as parcel. These products are wrapped within a big bubble envelop as protection and also include some papers and/or bubble plastic to make sure the sealed products are very well protected.

All orders are shipped with track and trace and also include insurance. All this is to both protect the buyer as well as the seller, so in the worst case the buyer will get his/her money back in case something goes wrong.

Orders from Fuji Card Shop are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. However, in some cases, it may take a little longer to process your order. Please note that on special days or holidays, shipping times may vary slightly. Thank you for your understanding.
