🛃 Customs Duties and Taxes

All products from FUJI CARD SHOP are shipped from Japan.
Please note that customs duties and local taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

Depending on your country’s import regulations, these charges may be collected by the courier upon delivery. If the recipient refuses to pay the applicable taxes or duties, the shipment may be returned or discarded. In such cases, we are unable to cancel the order or issue any refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

We cannot declare a lower value than the actual sales price to customs, as doing so would violate Japanese export laws and may lead to penalties. We appreciate your cooperation.

Country-Specific Information:

🇺🇸 United States
Due to recent changes in tariffs, an import duty of up to 10% may apply on goods imported from Japan. These fees are collected by the shipping company (such as FedEx or DHL) at the time of delivery, and you will not be able to receive your package unless payment is made.
However, the de minimis rule — which exempts imports under $800 per day from tariffs — still appears to be valid.
To help customers avoid unexpected import charges, we currently limit each order to a maximum of $800 for shipments to the U.S.

🇪🇺 European Union
VAT and customs duties may total around 20–30% of the product value. Please check your country’s customs website for detailed information.

🇦🇺 Australia & 🇳🇿 New Zealand
For orders of 1,000 AUD or NZD or more, GST and customs duties may be charged. Please consult your local authorities for specific rules.

🌍 Other Countries
Import tax rules vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

 

🚚 Shipping Details

Orders are shipped from Japan via International Express Shipping, primarily using FedEx or DHL or UPS. All shipments include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

 

🕒 Handling Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding pre-orders.
During peak times or holidays, dispatch may be slightly delayed.
