Taxes (customs duties, VAT, GST, etc..) are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Our products are shipped from Japan, and depending on your country’s import laws, additional charges (customs duties, VAT, or GST) may apply upon delivery.
For US customers: Due to recent changes in tariffs, an import duty of up to 10% may apply on goods imported from Japan. These fees are collected by the shipping company (such as FedEx or DHL) at the time of delivery, and you will not be able to receive your package unless payment is made.
However, the de minimis rule — which exempts imports under $800 per day from tariffs — still appears to be valid. To help customers avoid unexpected import charges, we currently limit each order to a maximum of $800 for shipments to the U.S.
For EU customers: Please be aware that VAT and customs duties combined may amount to approximately 20–30% of the product value.
For Australia and New Zealand customers: Please note that for orders of 1000 AUD or more, or 1000 NZD or more, GST and customs duties may be applied. Kindly check with your local authorities for specific import regulations.
