PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website and may be available only in limited quantities. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Cancellation and Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not guarantee that products will meet personal expectations that go beyond the product description, disclosed condition, or rights provided under applicable law.
Please note that our products are not guaranteed to be in perfect condition for collection or grading purposes. Products are supplied in the condition typically found in the Japanese retail market.
Minor imperfections may include small scratches, minor dents, light packaging wear, small holes or slight tears in shrink wrap, label-removal marks, cut or blacked-out lot numbers, and slightly dented case corners. These disclosed minor imperfections will not normally be treated as product defects.
However, material damage, significant damage not disclosed before purchase, incorrect or missing products, and damage caused during shipping may qualify for a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another individually agreed resolution under our Cancellation and Return Policy.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from Japan using international shipping carriers, primarily FedEx, DHL, or UPS. All shipments include tracking and shipping insurance, subject to the applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the carrier and insurance provider.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, adverse weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping fees are not refundable solely because of a delivery delay. However, this does not apply if a shipment is confirmed as lost, materially damaged during shipping, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under our Cancellation and Return Policy or applicable law.
Customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient, except where such charges are collected by us at checkout.
We can provide standard commercial invoices and ordinary shipment information required for customs clearance, including product descriptions, transaction values, HS codes, and country-of-origin or manufacturing information where available.
FUJI CARD SHOP does not provide preferential origin declarations or supporting documentation for reduced or zero customs duties under free trade agreements or economic partnership agreements, including Statements on Origin under the EU-Japan EPA and documentation for Importer’s Knowledge claims. As a retailer rather than the manufacturer, we do not hold the manufacturing and material records necessary to substantiate such preferential origin claims. Customers wishing to claim preferential tariff treatment are responsible for determining their eligibility and obtaining any documentation required by their customs authority.
If a shipment is returned because the recipient refuses or fails to pay applicable charges, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect or incomplete address, or fails to collect the shipment, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, handling fees, and other costs incurred.
If the products are returned to us and can be recovered, any refund will be limited to the recoverable product amount after deducting the costs described above. If the shipment is discarded, abandoned, destroyed, or cannot be recovered, a refund may not be available. These provisions do not apply where the return or delivery failure was caused by an error attributable to Fuji Card Shop and do not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
If a product arrives damaged, you must contact us through our contact form within 10 days of receipt and provide your order number and clear photographs of the product, outer shipping box, shipping label, and internal packaging. Please retain the affected product and all packaging materials until our review and any carrier investigation have been completed.
If a shipment has not been delivered within the expected delivery period, tracking indicates that it may be lost, or it is shown as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly through our contact form. Depending on the circumstances, the extent of any damage, product availability, and the outcome of any carrier investigation, the available resolution may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another individually agreed solution.
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. Pre-order products will be shipped after their official release date. Manufacturer release dates and estimated shipping schedules may change without notice.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
If we cancel an order because we are unable to fulfil it, because a product is unavailable, or for another reason attributable to us, the customer-requested cancellation fee will not apply. We will refund the applicable amount using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
